It is my privilege to help you honor those milestone events which are “of the essence” in your life. Skilled in crafting and enacting personalized ceremonies for a diverse community, I will work with you in honoring that which is most essential, most unmistakable and bring into play ritual elements appropriate to you and to the occasion.
I bring a unique sense of reverential creativity to each ceremony staying tuned to your particular wishes, values, and vision. I am a writer by vocation and avocation and I love telling your story or the story of your loved one. Barry Lopez says, “Everything is held together with stories. That is all that is holding us together, stories and compassion.” I am here to help hold your special occasion together with stories and compassion as we, together, unfold and celebrate the stories so vital to sustaining your community—be they the story of the newly born, the story of the one who is coming of age, your love story, or the life-story of your loved one.
