With a fulltime job in the tech world and a busy family life, my days were frequently overbooked. Often I found myself hatching a prayer quite literally “on the road home” from work, or last-minute on my way to a service. Disconcerting to all who knew my secret, I would have pen and pad ready in the car to take advantage of any “stop” aspect of the “stop-and-go traffic” pulling in the words and putting to paper a prayer that expressed the challenges of the day.
