Who we are

Essential Ceremonies is the ceremony practice of Benjamin and Teri Martin, Certified Life-Cycle Celebrants serving the Colorado Front Range. You can reach us at (303) 819-3034 or through the inquiry form.

Using this site

You are welcome to read, print, and share these pages while planning your own ceremony. You may not copy, republish, sell, or automatically collect the text or photographs here without written permission from Benjamin and Teri. The writing, design, and photographs on this site belong to Essential Ceremonies or to the photographers and families who supplied them.

An inquiry is not a reservation

Sending the inquiry form begins a conversation. It does not hold a date and it does not create an agreement between us. A ceremony is confirmed only when the family and the celebrants agree in writing on the date, place, services, fees, and terms. A date stays open until it is booked, and we cannot promise that one will still be available from the moment you write to us.

Your inquiry

• Please send accurate information about yourself and your event.
• Share only information you have a right to share, including information about other people.
• Do not use the form for anything unlawful, to harass, or to send material that is not yours to send.
• We answer by email or phone using the details you give us. We aim to reply promptly, though we cannot promise a set time.

What you will find here

The pages describe the kinds of ceremonies Benjamin and Teri create, along with sample wording, traditions, poetry, and photographs. Nothing on this site is legal, financial, medical, or religious advice, and no sample ceremony shown here is a promise of what your finished ceremony will contain. Your own ceremony is written with you and may differ in every way from what you read here.

Photographs

The gallery and ceremony pages show events Benjamin and Teri have led. If you appear in a photograph here and would rather it not be shown, tell us and we will remove it.

Links to other sites

Some pages link to outside organizations and bookstores, including Amazon, Natural Transitions, Rocky Mountain Life-Cycle Celebrants, and the Celebrant Foundation and Institute. Those sites set their own terms and privacy practices, and we are not responsible for their content.

This website is provided as it is and as it becomes available. We work to keep it accurate and running, but we do not promise that it will be free of errors or uninterrupted.
